Consultation: A consultation is a time for us to get together and see if our partnership will make a good match. Over the phone or via Video Call.

Prenatal: A prenatal is done once I have been hired, we will go over your pregnancy journey thus far and in the future. We will cover topics such as birth plans or preferences, labour preparation, comfort measures during labour, and much more. This is also a great time to bring up any questions or concerns you may have. A prenatal visit usually lasts one to two hours. Over the phone or via Video Call.

 

Birth: I will attend your birth to support you and your partner.

 

Immediate Postpartum Support: This is right after you have had your baby, I will stay for up to an hour while you get adjusted. This is another great time to have any questions or concerns answered.

 

Postpartum Visit: This visit can happen while still in the birthing location (hospital/birthing center) or once you're home again. This is a one to two-hour visit where we talk about your birth, your baby, and whatever else is on your mind. We can also go over resources for you and your baby.
