Postpartum Support
A Postpartum Doula is a non-medical support person who offers families guidance, education, information, and physical support during the postpartum period.
I offer a variety of packages that can be further customized in order to meet your needs!
Pay per hour
$35 per hour
Day hours 7 am to 7 pm
Night hours 7 pm to 7 am

Payment plans are available upon request.

The minimum number of hours per scheduled session is 4 hours day and 8 hours night.
Working with families, we will find out particular needs that the Postpartum Doula can assist with and support.
Some duties a Doula may perform (but not limited to):

Breastfeeding/ Chestfeeding support

Sibling care

Holding the space for emotional and physical recovery after birth

Light housekeeping (i.e. laundry, dishes, tiding)

Light meal preparation
-
Assistance with the newborn (i.e. diapering, bathing, comforting, and feeding)

Overnight Support
-
Referrals and recommendations to local supports (i.e. lactation support, parenting classes, pediatricians)
